THERE ARE THREE TYPES OF PEOPLE FOR WHICH THE ONEPAGE SOLUTION IS DESIGNED:

3. EVERYONE IN BETWEEN. THAT'S THE REST OF US AND WE CERTAINLY DON'T HAVE TIME FOR ANOTHER PROJECT...NO MATTER HOW WELL INTENTIONED.
WHY ALL THREE?
WELL, LET'S LOOK AT EACH AND SEE.
1. THE 'TYPE A' OVER-ACHIEVER WILL WANT A STRUCTURED AND ORGANIZED FORMAT WITH A MEASURABLE OUTCOME. THE ONEPAGE COMPANION COMES IN QUITE NICELY HERE. BY ENTERING THE PAGE NUMBER FOR SECTION ONE REGULARLY PROGRESS CAN BE CHARTED AND MEASURED REGULARLY. DAILY, WEEKLY AND MONTHLY GOALS AND PROGRESS CAN BE VIEWED AND COMPARED GIVING THIS INDIVIDUAL ALL THE MOTIVATION HE OR SHE NEEDS.
2. THE UNDISCIPLINED NON-READER WILL BENEFIT FROM THE FACT THAT THERE IS NO DAILY ASSIGNMENT SO THERE IS NO POSSIBLE WAY TO GET BEHIND. ADDITIONALLY, ONE PAGE IS ALWAYS THE MAXIMUM...NOT THE MINIMUM. THIS INDIVIDUAL WILL EVENTUALLY BE READING MORE THAN ONE SECTION AND ENJOYING THE UN-STRUCTURED WAY OF GETTING THROUGH THE ENTIRE BIBLE...AND ENJOY IT!
3. EVERYONE ELSE. THE REST OF US ARE SOMEWHERE ALONG THE SCALE BETWEEN NUMBER ONE AND NUMBER TWO.
Every one of those listed above also falls into one of the three categories on the right. But why would a pastor or a minister or Bible student need the OnePage Solution?
Those involved in full time ministry need something for their own Spiritual input. Much of what some might consider input is preparation for what they give. Some in the ministry even make the mistake thinking that all their efforts are doing them personal good.
The OnePage Solution came about for that very reason. I was studying theology in the early 80's and commuting ninety minutes while working full time and teaching classes at church. With all this effort certainly I could forego some of my personal time with God. Well I found out just the opposite. And in answer to prayer the OnePage Solution was born.
The truth is that we all need input. And there are many who diligently maintain their own Spiritual health diligently through reading, study, meditation and prayer.
